You and your guest will be ticketed roundtrip from your home city to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (airport code is SGN and it is  Ho Chi Minh City). Please do not purchase tickets on your own as they will be managed directly through the Solera’s designated travel provider, Uniglobe Travel. This will allow us to manage your arrival and departure ground transportation smoothly.  It is OK if guests are traveling from a different airport than the PC qualifier.

 

OVERALL

Your travel will be booked to arrive in Ho Chi Minh City by 4pm on April 28th.  Your return flight from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI)  may depart at any time on May 3rd. You may also extend your trip or travel on to another destination in Southeast Asia at your own cost. You can indicate interest in these options during registration and we will put you in touch with local ground teams to support your plans and help make suggestions on your trip.

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Visas are required to enter Vietnam. We will assist you in this process and you’ll upload the proper documents through the registration portal. Registration completion and the submission of these specific items (passport copy, headshots) will need to be done in a timely manner so that we can secure your visa. When you receive your E-Visa, you’ll need to print two copies at home and carry them with you.  You will be asked for them before you board your flight from your home destination, as well as when you enter the country.

Your Cambodian Visa will be arranged on your behalf and provided when we arrive in Siem Reap.​

AIR BOOKING PROCESS

After completing your registration, you will receive a proposed flight itinerary based on the information you provided during the registration process. Respond to the email with your approval or requested modifications. Please double check the following for accuracy for yourself and your guest: 1) your correct name as shown on your passport 2) travel dates and 3) city of departure.

• You and your guest are approved for a roundtrip coach-class, upgradeable fare.

• You and your guest will receive chartered airfare from Ho Chi Minh City to Siem Reap for the second portion of the trip.

• We will work to accommodate your preferred airline, but sometimes the most cost-effective rates could be on alternate carriers.

• In the event you would like to upgrade your class of ticket to Premium or Business, you may do so at your own expense.

• Once your coach-class ticket has been issued by the Uniglobe Travel Team, you can then contact the airline directly to manage any upgrades you’d like.  Please note, we will work to secure pre-assigned seats in advance for all passengers during the ticketing process. In the event we are unable to secure seats, please contact skaufman@etherio.com so that we may purchase available seats in the coach cabin prior to your departure date.  After completing your registration, you will receive a proposed flight itinerary within 48 – 72 business hours based on the information you provided during the registration process.

•  Reminder, your valid passport’s expiration date has a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of arrival in Ho Chi Minh City.

PRE OR POST TRAVEL

Please note, if you choose to extend your trip before or after the program dates, you will be responsible for any cost associated with the deviation. Solera will ONLY be responsible for securing your international flight along with hotel arrangements in Vietnam and Cambodia during program dates.​

• All expenses that deviate outside of the program are the responsibility of the PC qualifier.

• All PTO must be approved by qualifier’s Solera manager.

• The registration page waiver specifies the terms listed above along with the explicit disclaimer around Solera’s release of liability.

AIRPORT ARRIVAL

Upon arrival to Tan Son Nhat Airport, you will exit the aircraft and walk down the arrivals hallway. Before Passport Control / Customs, you’ll see a representative holding a Solera sign. They will expedite you through passport and customs, so please have your Visa and Passport ready. The airport representative will then help you gather your luggage and walk you to your car. The drive-time to the resort is approximately 30 minutes to the Park Hyatt Saigon.
